Shipping policy

You must inform us after 4 days if your item has not progressed or arrived. We only have 5 days to report a missing item once it has been despatched. After this time we will not be liable for the loss unless informed. 

Please ensure you check spam for notifications once order has been processed and add them to your invoice to ensure you get updated.ale sure we have an email and contact mobile number so you can receive updates. 

We do not usually charge for packing as we try to reuse and recycle as much as we can.
